Arsenal Camp is located in Veliki Park in Kragujevac, in a pine forest next to the entrance to the stadium

The camp opens on Wednesday, June 25 at 6 p.m. and the Arsenal Camp gates close on Sunday, June 29 at
\n12 o’clock. The camp will be open 24 hours a day during the festival.<\/p>\n
It is necessary for each camper to purchase an Arsenal Camp ticket. The ticket only gets you a place in the camp,
\nyou can’t enter the festival with her.<\/p>\n
It is mandatory to have a printed ticket!<\/p>\n
By buying a ticket, you secure a place in the camp for all three days of the festival, and every camper secures one
\nyour ticket.<\/p>\n
It is also up to the camper to provide \u2013 tent, sleeping bags, wireless phone chargers, lamps, dryer
\nfood, drinks… and everything you need for the three days of the festival, and what the organizers give you
\nthey provide all the necessary conditions for maintaining hygiene.
\nShowering is available for campers in the PARK SPORTS HALL (100m from the camp) at times that will
\nwill be announced later and with the Arsenal camp wristband they will have a 50% discount for the City swimming pools (200 m
\nfrom the camp).<\/p>\n
It is strictly forbidden to light a fire in and around the camp!<\/p>\n
In case you want to sleep in a camper, van or car, it is possible to park the vehicle in the frame
\nof the Cika Da\u010da Stadium parking lot, exclusively in the designated parking lot.<\/p>\n
The grassy area is intended for tents, sleeping bags… Although the camp is open non-stop during the course
\nfestival days, it is necessary to respect other campers and the agenda of the camp.<\/p>\n
The address of Arsenal Fest is Trg Topolivaca 4, while the entrance to the festival itself is from Kosovska Street.<\/p>\n
The festival gates open every day at 6:30 p.m., and the ticket office closes at
\nat 00:00 hours.<\/p>\n
Due to the expected large number of visitors, we urge you to come to the festival early in order to avoid them
\ncrowds at the gates.<\/p>\n
At the entrance, it will be possible to purchase tickets, as well as shopping, at clearly marked places
\nCashless card.
\nVisitors are allowed to enter only once during one evening. If a visitor during one evening
\nleaves the festival area at some point and wants to return after some time during the same evening,
\nhe will not be allowed to enter.
\nOne festival evening – one entry, one exit.
\nChildren up to 10 years old do not pay admission, and all minors are required to have with them
\nan adult guardian. The guardian must have a valid ticket and sign a statement at the entrance<\/p>\n

\nIt is necessary to bring a document confirming the disability, in case it is not visible. On the festival grounds
\nunfortunately there is no specially marked place for people with disabilities.<\/p>\n
After entering the Arsenal Fest area itself, in a clearly marked building 20 meters from the entrance gate with
\non the right, and with the VIP ticket shown, you get a VIP wristband, which is the entrance for the VIP indicated on
\nbracelets.<\/p>\n
One bracelet can only be used by one person, this applies to a set of bracelets as well as to individual bracelets.<\/p>\n
The wristband must be worn at all times.
\nThe working hours of the facility for exchanging VIP bracelets will be from 18:00 to 00:00.<\/p>\n
This means that all payments within the festival area will be made via payment cards, which will
\ncan be obtained at the festival itself, at clearly marked places – at the very entrance to the festival
\nspace, near the Chill zone, Foodline and near the Main stage.<\/p>\n
The working hours of Cashless cards will be from 17:00 until the end of the program during the period of the festival from June 26-28.
\nin 2025. An alternative place to buy and top up cashless cards is at Arsenal Festa on the street
\nKralja Aleksandar I Kara\u0111or\u0111evi\u0107a 52a with working hours from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. every day, starting from

The payment card is the only official means of payment for drinks, food and other products at Arsenal
\nthe festival.<\/p>\n
The price of the Cashless card is 150 rsd including VAT, and after the purchase you pay the desired amount on it and
\nuse it as the only means of payment on the festival grounds. Paying money to cards is possible
\nonly in dinar equivalent.<\/p>\n
When making a purchase, it is necessary to touch the card to the marked place on the device, and after the sound signal,
\na certain amount of money will be automatically deducted from the card.<\/p>\n
The available balance on the card can be checked at any point of sale by touching it
\ncard to the contactless payment machine.<\/p>\n
Refunds of unspent funds will be possible until June 29 at 6:00 a.m., because subsequent refunds
\nwill not be possible.<\/p>\n
The organizers of Arsenal Fest are not responsible for compensation in case of loss or damage of the card
\npayment.<\/p>\n
At the exact place marked on the map, between the Foodline and the Main stage, there will be an Info desk where
\nvisitors will be able to get all the necessary information about hourly rates, festival map, cashless…<\/p>\n
In the same place, there will be Lost\/Found, as well as an area for people if they are not feeling well.<\/p>\n
The working hours of the Info desk will be from 18:30 to 02:00.<\/p>\n
A merch stand will be set up not far from the Main stage where visitors will be able to buy Arsenal Fest
\naccessories using only a Cashless card for payment.<\/p>\n
