That means all payments within the festival grounds will be conducted through payment cards, which can be obtained at the festival itself, at clearly marked locations – at the entrance to the festival area, at the Chill Zone, Foodline, and Main Stage areas.

The operating hours for Cashless cards will be from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

The payment card is the only official method of payment for drinks, food, and other products at Arsenal Festival.

The price of the Cashless card is 100 RSD, and after purchasing it, you can load your desired amount onto it and use it as the sole payment method at the festival grounds. Loading money onto the card is possible only in Serbian dinars, while payment cards can be used to load funds in other currencies.

When making a purchase, simply touch the card to the designated spot on the device; after a sound signal, the specified amount will be automatically deducted from the card. You can check the available balance on the card at any sales point by touching the card to the contactless payment device.

Unused funds can be refunded until June 30 at 6:00 AM, as refunds after this time will not be possible.

The organizers of Arsenal Fest are not liable for compensation in case of loss or damage to the payment card.
