Vesela Mašina is a Serbian “opank rock” band that creatively reimagines the legacy of the legendary group Rokeri s Moravu. Formed in 2017, the band brings a modern rock twist to traditional Serbian folk melodies, delivering a unique blend of humor, nostalgia, and energetic performance.

The band’s lineup includes:

• Aleksandar Milčev – Sale Ziherica(vocals)
• Branislav Blagojević – Boža Fridman(rhythm guitar)
• Bojan Simović – Brmbe(lead guitar)
• Marko Mitrović – Mare Bas(bass)
• Zoran Vasiljević – Vasa(drums)

Their repertoire consists exclusively of songs by Rokeri s Moravu, re-arranged into rock versions. As none of the members play the accordion, they chose to reinterpret these classics with electric guitars and drums, infusing them with a fresh, modern sound. This approach has allowed them to introduce the music of Rokeri s Moravu to new generations while preserving its original charm.

Vesela Mašina has released several music videos, including “U našega Rajka golema svirajka,” “Kafana,” and “Seks na eks,” showcasing their distinctive style and playful interpretation of traditional themes.

The band has performed at various festivals and venues across Serbia, such as EXIT Festival, Arsenal Fest, Velikogradištanska Gitarijada, and Šumadija Fest, sharing stages with renowned acts like Riblja Čorba, Električni Orgazam, and Pero Defformero. Their live performances are known for their high energy and engaging stage presence, making them a standout act in the Serbian music scene.
