Swedish producer of Iranian origin Aril Brikha gained cult status in the late 1990s thanks to the legendary single Groove La Chord, which became one of the most recognizable techno classics of its era.

After the track was played in a club by the legendary Derrick May, Brikha caught the attention of May’s label Transmat Records, which led to the release of the EP Art Of Vengeance and later the album Deeparture In Time.

Since then, Aril has performed around the world, including at the Detroit Electronic Music Festival and in renowned clubs such as Fabric, while his sound has remained recognizable for its emotional fusion of deep house and Detroit techno.
