Fraktal is an alternative rock band from Kragujevac that blends progressive sound with classic elements of Šumadija rock, creating an authentic and emotional musical expression.

The band was founded by guitarist Petar Radivojević and bassist Ivan Ristić back in the 1990s, but after a 24-year hiatus, they reunited in 2020, joined by vocalist Aleksandra Rikanović, known for her work with the group Trio Pop Art.

Fraktal made their debut with the single “Kraj”, which quickly became “hit of the week” on Radio Belgrade 202, followed by other singles like “Neke nove stvari” and “Kaldrma”, which further solidified their position on the domestic rock scene. Their EP “Imaginarium” offers a fusion of progressive rock and traditional rock elements, with a strong sense of authenticity and sincerity.

The band has performed at major festivals such as the Nišville Jazz Festival, where they further showcased their unique sound.
