When do the gates open and close, who has free entry tickets, what you are not allowed to bring to the festival…
The address of Arsenal Fest is Trg Topolivaca 4, with the festival entrance located on Kosovska Street. Gates to the festival open daily at 6:00 PM, and ticket sales and entry close at 1:30 AM, after which re-entry into Knezev Arsenal is not possible.
Due to expected high visitor numbers, we urge attendees to arrive early to avoid crowds at the gates.
At the entrance, ticket purchases will be available at clearly marked locations, as well as collection of wristbands for VIP 1, VIP 2, and VIP 3 tickets, and purchasing of Cashless cards.
Festival wristbands are valid for one person and allow entry once per festival day; wearing the wristband during the festival is mandatory. Daily ticket holders are allowed entry only once; if a visitor leaves the festival area at any time, re-entry is not permitted.

Children up to 10 years old enter free of charge, but all minors must be accompanied by an adult guardian. The guardian must have a valid ticket and sign a statement at the entrance assuming full legal and financial responsibility for the minor they accompany into the festival area. Please note that the festival features loud sound and lighting, which may be disturbing to children and sensitive attendees.
People with disabilities will have free entry to the festival and its programs, while their attendants/guardians will pay the standard ticket price. A document confirming the disability should be brought along if it is not visibly apparent. There are no specially designated areas for disabled persons within the festival grounds.
